This Special Administrator will essentially fill in for the Proprietor, when forced to be away for other pressing reasons, in order to effect smooth functioning and avoid any disruptions by my absence. ANNOUNCING THE POSITION OF DESIGN LEGAL ANALYST - UPDATED 12/8/2015


Introduction
This post introduces and carefully defines the subject in order to obtain more efficient operating of staff responsibilities as depicted in the  CONCEPTUAL RESPONSIBILITY PROPRIETORSHIPS SERVICES CHART - UPDATED. Furthermore, details about the responsibilities as well as the individual considered for and to whom this critical position will be offered are outlined below, please follow for details.  

DESIGN LEGAL ANALYST:
As depicted in the updated Organizational Chart, the position of DESIGN LEGAL ANALYST will now be reporting to the Proprietor and
will be required to investigate all new processes, concepts and analytical ideas, to first of all determine if they are patentable, and secondly, carefully gather all required details to support the filing of appropriate claims regarding the new methodologies. The
challenges involve will be:
  1. determining if "claims" can be properly filed that will be effective as well as enforceable,  (which will be essential for securing appropriate royalties when required),
  2. following the strict guidelines of the Patent & Trademark office, where appropriate to file such claims based on their expectations and
  3. being cognizant of when the Proprietorship/appropriate staff patented claims are being used and when royalties are due based on the use of these innovations by others such that the HR/Payroll & Benefits office will be made aware that action on their part is needed to recover applicable compensation.
The Analyst will support the interests of the business Grouping by a) the effective filing of appropriate claims definitively and clearly, b)  determining what’s beinginventedbased on the functions it will be capable of carrying out as well as c) the means by, which it undertakes its untended actions, following the recommendations of the Patent Office, to protect the rights of the Proprietorship and applicable staff member(s). The next step will then be carry out the needed research to determine if the “idea(s)” as applicable , has (have) any previous “Claims” filed against it (them)and when appropriate, international patent “claims” as well in the areas/locations where business operations is(are) conducted. As a result, the individual considered for and to whom this highly technical and challenging position will be offered, is the eldest of the remaining offspring of the adopted daughter, Denise of my former TCI Lecturer and mentor, Mr. Abelew. This very skilled professional comes well qualified to manage the demands of this very demanding position and on whom the intellectual property rights of others generally and the Proprietorship specifically will be entrusted; knows the expectations that is being given because from experiences has come to realize the importance of being “ready” for the unexpected and in this way, will be positioned and prepared for any and all eventualities with regard the proper filing of claims to in turn enable the Proprietorship to recover royalties and such payments when due.

Introduction:
This role as defined, does not bear similarity to any of the typical staff positions that have been previously announced that is reflected in various Organizational Charts such as CONCEPTUAL RESPONSIBILITY PROPRIETORSHIPS SERVICES CHART - UPDATED. This post introduces the role as well as the individual selected and to whom this position will be offered. Please follow below for details.

STRATEGIC ADVISOR - SELECT INTERNATIONAL MARKETS:
This uniquely crafted position requires the “selectee” to make recommendations about the type of international markets that will become bases into, which the products and services from the various business sections as indicated in the Chart and classified as a) the Proprietor's Personal Investments, b) the Conservery "Holding Base", (which is the "Final Authority" in all matters for the various sections included in this Group) and c) the Cosvry (subsidiary) Proprietorship, are introduced, marketed and made available to new select customer base locations, such as have been proposed for the ClChs Bakery Mobile Units section and reflected in the applicable Conceptual Chart. As a result, the individual considered for and to whom this position will now be offered is my dear cousin Abby John who is a
thoughtful professional, who knows how to be carefully engaging and exacting when appropriate to achieve the desired objective will because of her very critical insight be able to provide just the appropriate recommendations to the Proprietor in this position. In addition, to assist Abby keep with the various roles that she will be entrusted to her, the support of a PERSONAL ASSISTANT will enable her to keep her focus directed to the most critical longer term issues that will "demand" her attention and the individual considered for and to whom this position will be offered is the widow of David Thompson, the very capable lady Mara Thompson, who will provide the type of assistance to enable the Advisor to keep her schedule mainly focused on the primary issues requiring attention. I’m very positive that the desired objective as stated will be realized with Abby experiences that will afford her to make the type of recommendations that will serve to foster one of the main objectives of these referenced business sections generally, namely, becoming synonymous with being known as either offering sound products and/or services and as well managed investment "vehicles".

Introduction:
This announcement is a continuation of the theme of initiating operational business decisions with a view towards realizing efficiencies across the various sections that business will be carried out to ensure smooth operations while ensuring that activities will be carried out as from the perspective that was initiated with the decision to pursue a different direction going forward regarding obtaining specific services from a single source for the "Holding Base" related as well as the Proprietor's personal investments, as documented in the post
NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED in order to achieve greater efficiency. As a result, this post will focus on how the adopting of this operational methodology has resulted in this operating mode for general communications as depicted in the CONCEPTUAL COMMUNICATIONS/MEDIA
ORGANIZATIONAL CHART. Please follow below for the details.

GENERAL
COMMUNICATIONS/MEDIA MANAGER:

This post adds further clarification to the details discussed in the post NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED & AMENDED regarding the 1st2nd and 3rd Independent Proprietorships described. The subject position will require the Manager to oversee the design as well as the implementing of the network required to ensure the smooth flow of information across all the business areas, which can be represented as a) the Proprietor's Personal Investments, b) the Conservery "Holding Base" and c) the Cosvry (subsidiary) Proprietorship where these various sections as depicted in the (Organizational) Chart will require secure and adequate communications means for business operations to be carried out successfully. This individual will also have to work very closely with the Independent Marketing & Public Relations Proprietorships to realize effective management in addition to the Independent IT Data Security Proprietorship in order to assist with the achieving of their mandate, which all have as their main focus, the attaining of the overriding goal of the various businesses generally, namely, ensuring that the individual sections become sound business operations and/or investment vehicles. The proper receipt and flow of unimpeded information is vital for the success of any successful business in this information technology (IT) “driven” age for all the areas of operation (including the various base locations of the Regional Manager ClChs Bakery & Hobby Crafts Operations) are successfully included in operating communications network. 
As a result, the individual who will has been considered for and to whom this very challenging role will now be offered is a lady with whom I encountered on my arrival here and has become a very "understanding" professional and thoughtful mother over the years and is none other than a valued acquaintance in, D. L. Thomsen. This professional, who knows exactly how and when to achieve the desired objective will, even in this this part time position be able to set the right "tone" for those within her sphere of responsibility, which will include the full time ASSISTANT COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, who will now be the former Maureen McDonald. In addition, also reporting to the GC/MM will be full time VP COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANTS, who will be the 3rd granddaughter of my late friend Margaret, and the 2nd daughter of Carla Charliere

FILLING THE CRITICALLY IMPORTANT POSITIONS OF GENERAL HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)/PAYROLL & BENEFITS MANAGER/GROUP - UPDATED 11/22 & 11/25/2015

Introduction:
With the new business structure being the way it is being established, a clear avenue is required via, which the Proprietor's Other Personal Investments, Human Resources (HR)Payroll & Benefits are handled across the various business sections that can now be divided into the following groupings: a) the Mobile Bakery/Hobby Crafts, b) the Asset Management that can be subdivided into the Main Office that will be managing the primary investment asset as well as Smaller Asset Managers, c) part time and full time Skilled Project Consultants and Independent Professional Proprietorships respectively, which includes the Proprietorships described in the post NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED & AMENDED that are outside this Manager's sphere of responsibility (in the case of the Independent Proprietorships), as well as d) independent Property Consultants. Please follow below or details.

GENERAL HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)/PAYROLL & BENEFITS MANAGER:

This Manager will be responsible for the total management of all the Proprietor's Personal Investments staff records across all the various business areas identified above, as well as all the benefits and payroll functions. As a result, the individual to whom this critical position will be offered is older of the two (2) daughters of Janice Forde. Furthermore, to assist the Manager with the HR responsibilities will a part time VP Assistant Manager and 2 Human Resources Consultants including 1 VP position, which will be offered to the youngest of Kandijah Ameen's 3 offspring, the younger of the 2 offspring of my dear cousin Abby John and Franchise Holder as direct reports respectively. With these individuals in place I'm confident that these positions will be carried out with two professionals who know how to carry out their duties to the best of their abilities who will be an asset to the Proprietor's Personal Investments staff as the PROPRIETOR'S PERSONAL INVESTMENTS HR/PAYROLL & BENEFITS ORGANIZATIONAL CHART indicates.

Conclusion
:
The filling of these critical positions will enable all areas of the business sections to have access to the type of HR, Payroll and Benefits required by all successful businesses including Proprietorships. As a result of the filing of these roles, the Proprietor will be to focus on other aspects of the business that needs critical attention from a very broad perspective. 
As a result, the Personal Investments area will be on a better "footing" and the other business sections that don't have full time staff in any significant numbers because they will be mainly commission based Evaluations staff who will also benefit from these positions being filled especially because these staff will also be part time workers in areas of the Personal Investments in their other roles. Finally, these selections with dedicated professionals carrying out the identified functions, and assisting the Proprietor with this new course for the various business interest; please join me in congratulating and welcoming them to moving forward in a more coordinated manner in, which to assist the deserving individuals being assisted.

Introduction:
With the decision to pursue a different direction going forward regarding obtaining specific services from a single source for the "Holding Base" related as well as the Proprietor's personal investments, as documented in the post
NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED in order to achieve greater efficiency, it has become clearer that such an approach requires additional oversight that could be ushered in by this directional change. As a result, this post will focus on how the adopting of this operational methodology will be managed to preclude the potential for impacting the various business sections interests. Please follow below for the details.

New Strategic Opportunity:
To better manage the various sections and avoid encroaching on the independence of the distinct business areas the new position OVERSEER - STRATEGIC OPERATIONS will be established for the purpose of ensuring that even with these efficiencies in the services to be obtained as described in the above referenced post; independence will still be maintained between business section a) as depicted in the same referenced post and business section b) along with c). This position will require an individual with exceptional talent and one who has learned from experiences the importance of not allowing her challenges to cause her to falter when it matters most. This individual has come to realize that integrity can't be squandered (because of the actions of others with a tendency to keep those who have been wronged hobbled by their errors). As a result, the candidate now being considered knows first-hand that success will only be achieved when the tendency to "turn a blind eye" to even small areas is avoided at all costs, where cutting corners to achieve short-term gain but ultimately leading to expedient decisions in other critical decision-making in personal as well as professional is not allowed to impede the desired objective in any way. Faced with this outlook, the individual who has now been considered for and to whom this position will be offered is my long-time acquaintance and friend in the adopted daughter of my late former lecturer - Denise
In this role, she will be tasked with, but not limited to the following: 1) assisting the Proprietor with the strategic management of the various business interests as indicated previously to maintain administrative business separation between the personal investments and the "Holding Base" related business operations, in addition to, 2) filling in for the Proprietor in his absence to enable business operations to continue uninterrupted with regards business section c) as described in the above referenced post and depicted in the CONCEPTUAL STRATEGIC ORGANIZATIONAL CHART and 3) ensuring that sound business practices are followed in all areas of the Proprietorship's activities in order to preclude any impact between the Proprietor's personal and the "Holding Base" related investment vehicles, which includes oversight responsibility for ALL "Holding Base" related Evaluations activities that can be delegated as appropriate to the Financial Administrator (described below).  

In an effort to enable the Overseer to better execute the assigned responsibilities, some new opportunities will be established, including: i) for a type of financial consultant to provide the type of input that will ensure that the assigned duties will be accomplished as expected. This position will be entitled FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR - STRATEGIC OPERATIONS, who will become the "eyes and ears" of the Overseer on financial matters. This Administrator will also have oversight over all Evaluations activities for the "Holding Base" as delegated, that is similar to what is carried out for the Cosvry (Subsidiary Proprietorship) Evaluations as documented in the post THE COSVRY PROPRIETORSHIP GOING FORWARD - UPDATED and will be compensated at a rate equivalent to approximately 1.1% of the Consultants, and the individual to whom this position will be offered is my former CE colleague  Pauline Langen, whom I'm confident will approach this assignment with the level of professionalism to be able to assist the Overseer with the appropriate input required to achieve the desired objectives with regards financial affairs, ii) for an individual who will be dedicated to oversight of the Evaluations activities and this role will be entitled, AUDITOR - STRATEGIC OPERATIONS, who will be primarily tasked with the monitoring of ALL "Holding Base" Evaluations activities that will be shared with the Financial Administrator on peak occasions when a single individual would be unable to effectively carry out this role. This professional will be compensated as indicated above, which is at a rate equivalent to 1.1 % of the Consultants. The individual to whom this very critical position will be offered is my very dependable and dear cousin Abby John, and I'm confident that she will provide the type of assistance that will achieve the intended objectives of ensuring that the Consultants in the field are not left "out on a limb", but will be effectively supported; iii) for a VP PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR - STRATEGIC OPERATIONS, who will be working mainly with Mobile Consultants and a Task Consultant to assist the various staff in the different scattered business sections with the instruction needs of their dependents to 1) prepare them for the ACT testing requirements similarly to what was previously envisioned in the post ADDRESSING THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF COSVRY'S STAFF DEPENDENTS - UPDATED and 2) enable them to be assured that their dependents are receiving appropriate instruction while carrying out their responsibilities. As a result, the individual to whom this very important role will be offered is eldest daughter of D. L. Thomsen. I'm confident that these objectives will in turn be achieved because of the very capable hands that they are being entrusted to. The Administrator will be assisted by the 2nd of the two offspring of Elizabeth Ann Tucker, the 2nd daughter of Chris Blood's older sibling, the 2nd daughter of the former Maureen McDonald and Beverly as MOBILE CONSULTANTS and TASK CONSULTANTS respectively, iv) for an EVENT FACILITATOR - STRATEGIC OPERATIONS who will essentially work with the "Holding Base" Special Assistant, Manager/Consultant and Assistant Manager/Consultant to determine and select, which large-scale public forum events will be attended by the Consultants and the Auditor. The individual considered for and to whom this position will be offered is the very pleasantly capable, Susan Hand, whom I'm confident will ably assist these professionals with the execution of their intended responsibilities and  v) for a PERSONAL ASSISTANT to enable her to better coordinate the various demands for her attention that she will be required to manage in order to achieve the objectives of her responsibilities more efficiently. Towards this end, this position will be offered to Gabrielle Giffords, who will help with the achievement of prioritization in order that Janet can focus less on day-to-day issues and more on the bigger view that is crucial for this role.

With the creation of these position
changes and Denise - the adopted daughter of my late former lecturer now on board, along with the addition of my former CE colleague Pauline, Abby's as well as the eldest daughter of D. L. NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED & AMENDED 11/3, 11/5, 11/7 (AGAIN +), 11/8, 11/9 (AGAIN) 11/12, 11/14, 11/15 (AGAIN +),11/16 (AGAIN +), 11/18, 12/21, 11/22, 11/25 (AGAIN), 11/26, 11/28, 12/8 & 12/16/2015

Introduction:
With the decision to pursue a different direction going forward for all the "Holding Base" related as well as my personal investment activities, as documented in the posts AMENDED PERSONAL INVESTMENTS SUPPLEMENT - UPDATED as well as THE "HOLDING BASE" GOING FORWARD - UPDATED and THE COSVRY PROPRIETORSHIP GOING FORWARD - UPDATED it has become increasingly readily apparent that all these various sections  both personal and "Holding Base" related would benefit from obtaining specific services from a single source, therefore this approach has been determined as providing the best option for critical professional input in a more manageable manner. This post will focus a number of such tasks that are very important to the long term success of the various interests. Please follow below for the details.

New Independent Proprietorship Opportunities:
These services are in the areas of i) marketing and public relations generally, ii) marketing instruction in addition to general public relations, iii) short term human resources (HR) iv) IT data security and v building construction contractor  services that are required in part across all the business sections either directly or indirectly as previously indicated, where consistency is of the utmost importance while maintaining business grouping independence that would not be otherwise possible if these services were obtained by business group a) the Proprietor's Personal Investments or b) the Conservery "Holding Base", which appropriately includes all those Sites and/or Pages indicated as Conservery that some reference to the "Holding Base" has been appropriately added to indicate that the "Holding Base" is the "Final Authority" in all matters for the various Sites and c) the Cosvry (subsidiary) Proprietorship individually. With this in mind,
the 1st INDEPENDENT MARKETING PROPRIETORSHIP will be established for the type of services described in i) from, which all the identified sections will obtain such services, will be offered to Trisha Huque, the 1st of the offspring of my long-time dear friend, acquaintance and "painstakingly" particular lady even from her youth, Pat Huque. Trisha, an accountant by training with an eye for detail will ensure that ALL the content developed and assignments carried out are done so with much careful direction at the helm. In turn each of the business sections will be provided with Online/Media Marketing and public relations services that will in effect result in the new Proprietorship managing selected avenues through, which online marketing can be affected while also providing public relations for the various business sections products and services affected as appropriate that are specifically listed in the Online Blog Manager Opportunity section of the post ONLINE BLOGS SITE MANAGER - UPDATED. To assist the Proprietorship with this responsibility an OFFICE ASSISTANT/SociAllMedia Issues BLOG MANAGER  & NON ONLINE MARKETING CONSULTANT will provide management of the office and focus on the SociAllMedia Issues Blog's maintenance in order to achieve the objectives indicated in the # 2 bulleted listing below and assist this Proprietorship with its non online marketing focus. As a result, this position will be offered to Kathryn Huque.   
The 2nd INDEPENDENT MARKETING PROPRIETORSHIP will generally be established as indicated above for the type of services described in ii) with the lady known for lending a voice to the cause of the oppressed, Anne Hathaway, to provide general marketing techniques to the Evaluations Consultants to enable them to carry out their mission more effectively for business sections b) and c) in addition to generally sharing the online marketing and general public relations responsibilities for selected avenues as depicted in the CONCEPTUAL RESPONSIBILITY PROPRIETORSHIPS SERVICES CHART. The Independent Proprietorship will provide both group as well as more personalized marketing sessions where its deemed beneficial to do so, since the target groups consists of a total of ten (10) individuals. However, the possibility exists for marketing instruction techniques to be presented to others in business group a) in order to place greater emphasis on the marketing/public relations efforts needed in this section and in this regard achieve the desired objectives more efficiently. In addition, to assist this Proprietorship with these responsibilities indicated in the 1st and 4th bulleted listing of objectives below, the positions of 1) OFFICE ASSISTANT/COSVRY BLOGS MANAGER and 2) VIDEO CONTENT MANAGER will be established to not only assist with the management of this office but also to achieve the goals indicated. Towards this end, position 1) will now be offered to the 2nd daughter of the Lorna Davis, who will bring her keen insight to attain the desired goals and position 2) will be offered to the 3rd daughter of Lorna Davis. Anne will indeed work with this young lady and assist her with achieving of the intended goals carefully and professionally such that she will be able to focus on more broad viewpoint business activities facing the Proprietorship and if she determines eventually that the input of this Manager warrants being considered for JUNIOR "PARTNER" this will be her "call", as well as an appropriate profit sharing arrangement. As a result, the annual 60%/40% profit split will be modified to allow Anne some "lead way" in this regard as the Proprietorship will receive 70% and the Proprietor 30% instead. The details about the development of the new channels will be discussed with this Proprietorship at the appropriate time. 
The 3rd INDEPENDENT HUMAN RESOURCES (TEMP AGENCY) PROPRIETORSHIP will be established for the type of services described in iii) with a very determined and focused individual who has developed the ability to remain committed to a cause and see it through to completion, who is known familiarly as Discourse. These services will be needed in the business area where part time staff will be away focusing on evaluations activities as indicated will be the case for a). In this regard, Discourse's Proprietorship will be able to assist some of those who could not be included as full time staff when the new slim-down business structure was adopted. The temporary staff will routinely fill in for the staff who will be away focusing on evaluations activities. In addition, to assist this Proprietorship with these responsibilities the position of OFFICE ASSISTANT will be established to not only assist with the management of this office but also to achieve the goals indicated in 7th bulleted listing of objectives below more efficiently. Towards this end, this position will now be offered to older sibling of Discourse, who will provide the assistance needed in order to attain the desired goals.
The 4th INDEPENDENT IT DATA SECURITY PROPRIETORSHIP will be established with the objective of working to ensure electronic data security across all indicated business interests identified as a), b) and c) regardless of the methods used by those who "pride" themselves of  being able to "achieve" whatever is their desired objective by dedicating "resources" to such as a means of achieving much by dong very, very little that's meaningful and then seek to maintain such a posture as an indication of demonstrating "legitimacy" to those of a similar mindset in order to be able to provide willing individuals with ADVANCE information (as referenced among the three (3) questions indicted in The Outcome section of the post  THE TIME FOR PAYMENT IS NOW, MR. BUFFETT - EDITED AND UPDATED W/INSTRUCTIONS AND AMENDED as requiring addressing), about the activities of those whom such methods are targeting in their vain hope that some "development" will occur to "reward" those who use such as their main "business plan". With this objective in focus, Barbara's granddaughter can be awarded a TRAINEE JUNIOR "PARTNER" status when appropriate, with the type of arrangement that will enable her to realize her true potential while working to develop her management skills where an agreed upon starting platform can be negotiated and increased until a maximum split of 45%/30% is achieved, to which the Proprietor will contribute the additional 15% and will receive 25% of the annual profits once this set level has been reached. In addition, a PRODUCT TECHNICAL CONSULTANT- STRATEGIC MARKETS position will also be working with this Proprietorship but reporting to the Strategic Advisor - Select International Markets to provide the Strategic Advisor with the type of first-hand knowledge required to be able to market these products to very select international areas. In this role, the Technical Consultant, will assist the IT Consultant by being a type of "proof" tester, ensuring that the products developed are capable of performing as intended before release for installation and end user use. As a result, the individual considered for and to whom this role will be offered is the eldest of the offspring of the former Tipper Gore. Furthermore, once the gradual "full" profit sharing level has been reached, the Proprietor will consider contributing a future amount to be determined to place this Proprietorship on a path to achieve even greater successes. As a result, a CLEAR path towards achieving the type of operating mode that's free of the potential to be compromises by those who make such their main business, which is basically stealing from others and then adopting postures to allow such types to attempt to "escape" being made to take responsibility for their actions and think of such as nothing more than a game to demonstrate how "Pharaoh-like" such types are. These "noble entitled" types have chosen to conclude that the fact that Pharaoh was stopped by God as recorded in the Biblical book of Exodus, and chapter 12; was a myth.
The 5th INDEPENDENT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR PROPRIETORSHIP will be established to ensure that the properties acquired will be renovated in a sound manner to realize the desired return on investment indicated in section d) independent Property Consultants in the post AMENDED PERSONAL INVESTMENTS SUPPLEMENT - UPDATED. Towards this end, a skilled professional manager who is known to be a careful planner, with an eye for detail while ensuring that critical important essentials aren't overlooked. With this in mind, this Proprietorship will be offered to my former colleague Curt Bock, who definitely meets all the above criteria. In this very skilled professional, I'm confident that the desired objectives will be ensured because of his skill in achieving the goals needed to become successful. To assist Curt with the management of this venture a few very skilled individuals will be needed, first a capable "no nonsense" CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR will be secured to ensure that all activities are completed according to the exacting requirements AND very importantly to schedule. This individual is none other than the very professional Jessie Mart, who I'm confident will assist Curt with the best "foot" forward and in this regard Jessie will be awarded JUNIOR "PARTNER" status. Towards this end, the usual 60%/40% arrangement will be modified in order for the partners to realize a 35% and 25% split and the Proprietor receiving 20% of the annual profits. Furthermore, the oldest daughter of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st younger twin will be secured as an ASSISTANT TRAINER/PLANNER to assist both Curt and Jessie with their responsibilities and is being considered as a TRAINEE PARTNER, whose share of the profits once they are initiated (after an agreed upon negotiated duration), can be adjusted gradually until a maximum of 20% is realized based on her increasing level of responsibilities according to the determination of the other Partners. With this team in place, I'm fully confident that they will be able to secure either existing skilled trades workers or individuals who can be trained to carry out the required work, which would probably be the better alternative as long as either Jessie or some another skilled individual would be willing to carry out for the long-term success of the business.  As long as the word is spread about the workers that will be required, as was being done when the previous, Cosvry Development business structure was being contemplated, willing workers can be secured.         
All five of these Proprietorships will be equipped with the necessary resources to enable them to carry out their activities in providing needed services with the staff indicated from professional offices appropriately and as a result, skilled professionals working to compliment each others areas of responsibility through collaboration, will be dedicated to management of the Proprietor's and Proprietorships business interests, towards achieving the following:
  1. singularly focused, structured online marketing platforms for each of the business sections a), b) and c) with one exception (in 2 below),
  2. transforming the SociAllMedia Issues Blog(Siteinto an avenue that is uniquely focused on shared interactive participatory marketing platform type events ONLY for a), b) and c) instead of having a single business section focus. 
  3. transforming online Sites/Page(s) from current focus (for those listed as James F. Brazant's Pages) to place greater emphasize on the Proprietor's personal investments, for a), b) and c). The Managers should give consideration to reconstructing these Sites (from "ground" up) around their Proprietorships if this approach will enable this objective to be better facilitated, 
  4. maximize and enhance the use of unique video content for each of the various business sections indicated as a), b) and c) in order to appropriately promote the applicable products and services via 1) the established Conservery You Tube channel, 2) the Proprietor's Other Personal Investments (including ClChs Bakery)  via a new You Tube channel - [to be developed (TBD)], and 3) Cosvry Investments, via  a new You Tube channel - TBD,    
  5. general public relations undertakings/projects in order to have either a) or b) and c) generally represented or synonymous with being investment vehicles,
  6. instructing the part time consultants in appropriate marketing techniques in a coordinated manner for b) and c), with potential opportunities to provide similar services for a), 
  7. non online marketing/media presentations for either a) or b) and c) as appropriate for the purpose of achieving similar objectives as depicted in 1 through 3 & 5 above,
  8. general temporary staff augmentation services on an on-going basis primarily for business section a) in order to enable the other applicable section(s) to carry out their designated activities on a part time basis in a coordinated and efficient manner to in turn handle whatever demands may occur for assistance effectively,
  9. general IT Data services to preclude the potential for data breaches across business sections a), b) and c)  by those who rely on such methods for achieving much without doing very much that's meaningful as documented in the post ELECTRONIC NETWORKING RECORDS FRAUD ON A SIGNIFICANT SCALE - UPDATED as well as
  10. general construction contractor services directly for business section a) and indirectly for business sections b) and c) (where mainly maintenance services only will be required) to ensure that all the renovations carried out will meet exacting quality while being ensured that they all completed work will be regarded for its quality of construction standards and unique attention to details that will enable the desired investment return to to realized.  
As a result of this coordinated approach, the Proprietor will be able to focus on "big picture" issues for the long-term "health" of the various business sections identified previously. Furthermore, to achieve these objectives, these primary Professionals with whom the Proprietorships have been established can be called upon to assist the Proprietor with the carrying out of Evaluations and receive similar fees as the Consultants as documented in the Discussion of Finders Commission section of the post REORGANIZATIONAL ASSIGNMENT/EXPANSION UPDATE AND EVALUATION CONSULTANTS ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED in cases where no Consultant has an active interest. In this regard, these individuals can eventually fill in and become alternates to the Special Assistant for assisting with the conducting the evaluations as appropriate and where warranted.

Conclusion
:
With these services now being provided by Independent Proprietorships with a more dedicated focus, I'm confident that the goals required of these Proprietorships will be more readily achievable and the typical annual profit sharing arrangement will be modified in order for these proprietorships to become more financially capable of becoming successful ventures with the adoption of a 75%/25% arrangement for the Proprietorships and the Proprietor respectfully, where no specific arrangement has been defined. Therefore, please join me in congratulating and welcoming these deserving professionals who in my opinion will definitely rise to the occasion and do well with these new undertakings.

Introduction:
In an effort to better coordinate the activities for the proposed operating models for both the personal investments and the CONSERVERY "HOLDING BASE", the updates reflected in the new operating structure as depicted in the Chart 
CLCHS BAKERY MOBILE OPERATING UNITS/PERSONAL INVESTMENTS MODEL - REVISION 4 have been taken into consideration and the individuals who will be manning the Proprietor's main office, as previously documented in the post  PERSONAL INVESTMENTS UPDATE - SUPPLEMENTED have been reorganized and will for the most part be performing part time duties in order to achieve this eventuality. 
Those prior activities announced that will still be undertaken in the more efficient operation are documented in the post CLCHS BAKERY NEW SLIM-DOWN OPERATION - UPDATED as well as in PERSONAL INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED, furthermore, it must be stated for the record that there is NEITHER AN OFFICIAL NOR UNOFFICIAL avenue for making selectees aware of their selection apart from the Pages of this Blog.

The Structure Going Forward:
The Special Position not part of the structure but with the potential to directly impact it in order to ensure more efficient operations generally, is the newly created position described in the post
STRATEGIC POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED, whose activities will not be described here as they are clearly defined in the referenced post. Those previous Special Positions with the potential for direct impact if the financial "health" is in question remain as previously established in the posts THE PROPRIETOR'S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS OVERSEER in addition to AMENDMENT TO THE PROPRIETOR'S PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITIES have been retained in principle and are not further described here. In addition a FOURTH oversight Special (Sectional Managerial Level) Position is being established, with responsibility for both the Mobile Bakery and Hobby Crafts operations personal investments, entitled SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR MOBILE BAKERY/HOBBY CRAFTS who will ensure that they are effectively managed. In addition a FIFTH oversight Special (Sectional Managerial Level) position is being established, with responsibility for all other indicated operations with the title SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR ALL OTHER (DIRECT) OPERATIONS

Furthermore, new sectional managers with direct responsibility for groupings of business sections, which are 1) REGIONAL MANAGER MOBILE BAKERY OPERATIONS, with direct responsibility for these activities as well as 2) GENERAL OPERATIONS INVESTMENTS MANAGER, with overall responsibility for all asset investments, and 3) REGIONAL PROJECTS AND PROPRIETORSHIPS MANAGER. As a result, all the Proprietor's personal investments can now be divided into the following groupings: a) the Mobile Bakery, b) the Asset Investments that can be subdivided into i) the Main Office that will be managing the primary investment asset as well as ii) Smaller Asset Managers, and the iii) Short Term Asset Investments and c) part time and full time Skilled Project Consultants, a Technical Project Consultant and Independent Professional Proprietorships, who will be based outside the main office that now also include the new Proprietorships described in the post NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED & AMENDED in addition to those described below. Please follow for the details about these sectional positions and their groupings that include mostly part time positions, unless otherwise indicated:

Special Oversight Positions
:

1) SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR MOBILE BAKERY/HOBBY CRAFTS who works with the Proprietor in this full time position to focus on the financial affairs associated with the personal investments only regarding the mobile bakery and hobby crafts operations because it has the potential to easily become uncontrollable due to its broad geographic "reach" with its many "tentacles" if not carefully monitored. Though not as broad in nature, the wood Hobby Crafts/Gift Shop operation does have many aspects that require those involved to make specific determinations that all have critical financial implications, therefore the oversight will provide all involved with the type of outside support to make their decisions even more meaningful if these resources are utilized as opposed to excluded from ongoing activities. As a result, the individual to whom this challenging position will now be offered to an individual with whom I have become acquainted with as one with courage and who knows how and when best to display it in the cause of others. This individual is the one and only Elin Nordigren, whom I'm very confident will add real meaning to this position;  
2) SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR ALL OTHER (DIRECT) OPERATIONS who works with the Proprietor to ensure that all other direct personal investments (excluding the Independent Proprietorships) are managed effectively and remain in sound financial condition. These will include: Asset Operations, Project Activities and Short Term Investments (and any other direct areas in, which investment is made). As a result, the individual to whom this position will be now be offered is Susan Hand, which she will carry out in addition to her other strategic responsibility.

Sectional Manager Level Positions:

1) REGIONAL MANAGER MOBILE BAKERY OPERATIONS whose demanding role in this full time position will be to ensure that the Mobile Bakery operations (identified as business section a) above) become a sound investment vehicle. The Mobile Bakery operation will be similar to the "flagship" (or primary) asset in business section b) in that they both will require similar investment upfront. However, unlike the primary asset investment, this operation will have much more potential to become uncontrollable or spiral out of control, unless given very careful attention by a skilled professional with its coast-to-coast and beyond activities, especially in the start-up phase and this fiscally astute individual will have to be cognizant of the various activities on-going, even internationally which will require periodic visits to ensure its effective functioning. As a result, the individual to whom this overall responsibility will now be entrusted will be the very capable and responsible banker with a unique sense of the type of financial management needed here, Denise Maddox, in whose "hands" this potentially uncontrollable business venture will be brought under effective control. This Regional Manager will be supported by the VP MANAGER-IN-TRAINING FOR MOBILE BAKERY OPERATIONS and this position will be offered to the very dependable young lady with much potential, the 1st daughter of Franchise Holder in this VP position. However, since this grouping a) is explicitly discussed in the post CLCHS BAKERY NEW SLIM-DOWN OPERATION - UPDATED, it will not be further discussed here. The other sectional managerial level, full time position will be, 2)
GENERAL OPERATIONS INVESTMENTS MANAGER with responsibility for i) the Main Office that will be managing the primary investment asset as well as ii) Smaller Asset Managers, and iii) Short Term Asset Investments to whom the General Manager - Asset Operations (GM - AO) and the Short Term Investments Manager will both report. As a result, the individual considered for and to whom this position will now be offered is the very professional and skilled manager in my very long time dear friend Pat Huque. The final full time sectional manager level position will be, 3l) the REGIONAL PROJECTS AND PROPRIETORSHIPS MANAGER with overall responsibility for the activities of the Technical Project Consultant and the Skilled Project Consultants as well as ensuring the sound management of the Proprietor's direct interests in the Independent Professional Proprietorships (that also include the Hobby Crafts Shop & Furniture Store) in addition to the 2 Independent Property Consultants Proprietorships (described  below). As a result, the individual considered for and to whom this position will now be offered is former 1st Lady of diplomacy and a very capable manager in Laura Bush who will I'm confident, carry out these responsibilities as the dedicated professional she is.  
 
b) Operations Investments Grouping:
In this group will be: 1) the full time ASSISTANT OPERATIONS INVESTMENT MANAGER who works with the General Operations Investments Manager to ensure that the various business groupings are effectively managed. As a result, the individual to whom this position will now be offered is the eldest daughter of the former Ivana Trump's 1st; also in this group will be the 2) GENERAL MANAGER - ASSET OPERATIONS whose responsibilities in this full time position will include ensuring that the main assets held are effectively managed in all areas by providing the type of support each of these groups require to effect successfully managed operations. Based on this, the individual considered for and whom the position will now be offered is Terese VonBehren. This very capable manager will work with those in the sections identified as i) and ii) above, to provide just the appropriate amount of oversight to ensure that the primary and smaller asset investments becomes sound and successful "vehicles" going forward; in section i) will be the Main Office staff that will be responsible for the management of the Proprietor's primary investment asset, which will includes; 3) the OFFICE MANAGER who now will be the only surviving daughter of my late former contract engineer at CE, Jesse from VT and will be assisted by the full time; 4) ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER/OFFICE ASSISTANT who will now be Gabby5) a full time FINISHED PRODUCT CONSULTANT, whose responsibility will be to ensure that the products that prospective clients have been promised by the leasing staff are made available to them without any concerns that would require additional expenditure of resources. This Consultant will support the activities of Leased Space IT Consultant to ensure that all products are free if "bugs" prior to the time of delivery, and the individual to whom this position will be offered is the very responsible older (of the) offspring of Elizabeth Ann Tucker; 6) LEASED SPACE IT OFFICE SOLUTIONS  CONSULTANT who will now be the only offspring of my childhood dear friend Olivia Gibbons, who will be assisting with the delivery of IT office solutions products;  7) OPERATIONS ANALYST who will be Lorna Davis with responsibility for ensuring that all Federal, State & Local criteria required for conducting business are complied with in this full time position; 8) - 11) the full time LEASED SPACE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS MANAGER, a full time ASSISTANT LEASED SPACE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS MANAGER a full time LEASED SPACE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT and a full time LEASING CONSULTANT positions that will be offered to, the only daughter of my late friend Margaret, Misha Thompson, the 1st granddaughter of Margaret's only daughter and the granddaughter of my former colleague Jeanie Keiper respectfully.
In section ii) Smaller Asset Managers will involve those full time ASSET MANAGERS who will be responsible for managing the operations of a smaller asset in its entirety and these positions will be offered to two very capable individuals, (12 & 13) the former Kate Middleton and Pippa Middleton.

In section iii) Short Term Asset Investments will be 14) the SHORT-TERM INVESTMENTS MANAGER, which will now be offered to a reliable professional who has spent many years helping other make sound decisions as a teaching professional and this individual is none other than the former Bobbie Ellis, who will be essentially working with the Assistant Manager as well as teams of independent Property Consultants to determine and select the most suitable assets for acquisition
and recommending to the Proprietor individuals who will be assisted with
INDEPENDENT PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT PROPRIETORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES, which will involve seeking out potential properties for investment, which can in turn be developed and then resold, in effect focusing mainly on short 
term investment assets. While it's not a requirement, it will be an asset for one of the individuals to obtain a professional real estate license and the other an auctioneer's license, which the individuals will be assisted with attaining if desired. These teams of individuals who will be assisted with establishing independent Property Development Proprietorship opportunities, will in turn work with the Manager to investigate and select appropriate acquisition assets for recommending to the Proprietor. This will include; 15) the ASSISTANT SHORT-TERM INVESTMENTS MANAGER, whose full time responsibilities will include assessing and quantifying the specific requirements of each asset recommended by the Teams that will ensure at least a 10% to 15% gain on each asset acquired, after the appropriate duration for improvement and then disposal. The individual to whom this challenging position will
be offered is the very capable "spouse" of my former colleague Curt Bock. Furthermore, in order to assist with the objective, the services of a full time 16) PRIMARY  ASSESSMENT INSPECTOR as well as a full time 17) MECHANICAL ASSESSMENT INSPECTOR will be required, whose roles will be to conduct thorough inspections of each asset to be acquired and compile detailed structural and mechanical reports of the "as is" condition of each property, along with the able assistance of a full time 18) PROPERTY DETAILING CONSULTANT to assist with the documenting of the findings. It's these reports that will be used by the Short Term Management Team to quantify what it takes to realize the indicated gain on the investment desired and make their recommendations to the Proprietor. As a result, the individuals considered for and to whom these positions will be offered are my former very focused and professionally capable colleague, Chris Blood, the very capable Kandijah Ameen and the dependable eldest daughter of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st, older twin respectively. The final critical individual in this group is the, 19) DEVELOPMENT APPRAISER/OFFICE ASSISTANT, and this full time position will now be offered to the youngest and uniquely talented of the offspring of my late colleague Fernando and Delia, in Christine Tabak. The Property Appraiser's responsibilities will be to do a final assessment of the various short term assets before disposal, in order to provide the Proprietor with the most likely market value the assets will realize at the time of sale. Hopefully, these appraised values and the 10% to 15% targets established and developed in order to attain, will be obtained.

c) Skilled Project Consultants/Independent Professional Proprietorships Grouping:

In this Group for, which the REGIONAL PROJECTS AND PROPRIETORSHIPS MANAGER bears responsibility, now will include an  ASSISTANT PROJECTS AND PROPRIETORSHIPS MANAGER a full time TECHNICAL PROJECT CONSULTANT as well other individuals designated as SKILLED PROJECT CONSULTANTS, who will have an area in the main office but will not be under this office management and will be responsible for the various project activities to be determined and carried out in locations to be selected. The Technical Consultant will assist the skilled Consultants with the planning, developing and implementation of all their project activities whether large scale or a very compact "craft" size activity to ensure consistency, and will now include: 1) the daughter of the late Jessie Edwards, who assists the Regional Manager as well as 2) 1st granddaughter of my late friend Margaret, 3) my dear childhood friend, Olivia Gibbons, 4) Franchise Holder and 5) the older daughter of the Mother of Larios, respectively. The other aspect of business activity includes the Independent Professional Proprietorships described in the post NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED & AMENDED in great detail in the post and as a result are not further described here as well as the Fine Furniture/Hobby Crafts Shop/Store to be established and described in the post PERSONAL INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED in great detail and as a result, is not further described here. In addition, the two other proprietorships that will also be established, where those selected will be able to obtain their own offices from, which to carry out Independent Property Consultant Proprietorships that involves seeking out and selecting short term investment (property) assets for investment activities for ultimate restoration/renovation in order to realize an approximate 10% to 15% gain on the investment when disposed of via the same Proprietorships at auction. That's why it's recommended that the individuals pursue the obtaining of real estate and auctioneers licenses, (the cost of, which can be included in the initial investment to be made available). While this is a recommendation, it's not mandatory but would be much more advantageous for the Proprietors to secure these licenses, otherwise, resources that could be used towards other activities will have to be made available for utilizing such services elsewhere. These recommendations will then become the responsibility of the Short Term Asset Management team to put in place plans for achieving the indicated investment goals  before recommending them to the Proprietor. Those selected for these ventures include, my former "Stonegate" neighbor's niece, the very talented Holly in partnership with the 2nd of the offspring of my "Stonegate" neighbor Barbara who together will comprise one of the Proprietorships, "partnership" teams, in addition to the older daughter of the late Elizabeth Edwards together with the daughter of Susan Hand who will comprise the other Proprietorship, "partnership" team. The typical 60%/40% profit sharing arrangement between the "partners" and the Proprietor will be the norm with the partners splitting their profits equally for the two Proprietorship "partnerships" described here in detail.

Conclusion

With the more highlighted distinctions between the various operations, it has been concluded that greater efficiency in the operating structure will be attained, therefore, please join me in congratulating and welcoming all these professionals whom I'm confident will do well with these assigned responsibilities.
