AMENDED PERSONAL INVESTMENTS SUPPLEMENT - UPDATED 10/15, 10/16, 10/18 (AGAIN), 10/20 (AGAIN), 10/22 (AGAIN), 10/23, 10/25 - 10/28 (AGAIN ++), 10/29 (AGAIN +), 10/30, 10/31 (AGAIN), 11/2, 11/7, 11/8 (AGAIN), 11/9, 11/11, 11/12 (AGAIN),,11/14 - 11/15, 11/16 (AGAIN +), 11/17, 11/18 (AGAIN), 11/19, 11/21, 11/22, 11/23 (AGAIN +), 11/24 (AGAIN), 11/25 & 12/16/2015 (AGAIN) in addition to 1/10 & 1/16/2016

Introduction:
In an effort to better coordinate the activities for the proposed operating models for both the personal investments and the CONSERVERY "HOLDING BASE", the updates reflected in the new operating structure as depicted in the Chart 
CLCHS BAKERY MOBILE OPERATING UNITS/PERSONAL INVESTMENTS MODEL - REVISION 4 have been taken into consideration and the individuals who will be manning the Proprietor's main office, as previously documented in the post  PERSONAL INVESTMENTS UPDATE - SUPPLEMENTED have been reorganized and will for the most part be performing part time duties in order to achieve this eventuality. 
Those prior activities announced that will still be undertaken in the more efficient operation are documented in the post CLCHS BAKERY NEW SLIM-DOWN OPERATION - UPDATED as well as in PERSONAL INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED, furthermore, it must be stated for the record that there is NEITHER AN OFFICIAL NOR UNOFFICIAL avenue for making selectees aware of their selection apart from the Pages of this Blog.

The Structure Going Forward:
The Special Position not part of the structure but with the potential to directly impact it in order to ensure more efficient operations generally, is the newly created position described in the post
STRATEGIC POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED, whose activities will not be described here as they are clearly defined in the referenced post. Those previous Special Positions with the potential for direct impact if the financial "health" is in question remain as previously established in the posts THE PROPRIETOR'S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS OVERSEER in addition to AMENDMENT TO THE PROPRIETOR'S PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITIES have been retained in principle and are not further described here. In addition a FOURTH oversight Special (Sectional Managerial Level) Position is being established, with responsibility for both the Mobile Bakery and Hobby Crafts operations personal investments, entitled SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR MOBILE BAKERY/HOBBY CRAFTS who will ensure that they are effectively managed. In addition a FIFTH oversight Special (Sectional Managerial Level) position is being established, with responsibility for all other indicated operations with the title SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR ALL OTHER (DIRECT) OPERATIONS

Furthermore, new sectional managers with direct responsibility for groupings of business sections, which are 1) REGIONAL MANAGER MOBILE BAKERY OPERATIONS, with direct responsibility for these activities as well as 2) GENERAL OPERATIONS INVESTMENTS MANAGER, with overall responsibility for all asset investments, and 3) REGIONAL PROJECTS AND PROPRIETORSHIPS MANAGER. As a result, all the Proprietor's personal investments can now be divided into the following groupings: a) the Mobile Bakery, b) the Asset Investments that can be subdivided into i) the Main Office that will be managing the primary investment asset as well as ii) Smaller Asset Managers, and the iii) Short Term Asset Investments and c) part time and full time Skilled Project Consultants, a Technical Project Consultant and Independent Professional Proprietorships, who will be based outside the main office that now also include the new Proprietorships described in the post NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED & AMENDED in addition to those described below. Please follow for the details about these sectional positions and their groupings that include mostly part time positions, unless otherwise indicated:

Special Oversight Positions
:

1) SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR MOBILE BAKERY/HOBBY CRAFTS who works with the Proprietor in this full time position to focus on the financial affairs associated with the personal investments only regarding the mobile bakery and hobby crafts operations because it has the potential to easily become uncontrollable due to its broad geographic "reach" with its many "tentacles" if not carefully monitored. Though not as broad in nature, the wood Hobby Crafts/Gift Shop operation does have many aspects that require those involved to make specific determinations that all have critical financial implications, therefore the oversight will provide all involved with the type of outside support to make their decisions even more meaningful if these resources are utilized as opposed to excluded from ongoing activities. As a result, the individual to whom this challenging position will now be offered to an individual with whom I have become acquainted with as one with courage and who knows how and when best to display it in the cause of others. This individual is the one and only Elin Nordigren, whom I'm very confident will add real meaning to this position;  
2) SPECIAL ASSISTANT FOR ALL OTHER (DIRECT) OPERATIONS who works with the Proprietor to ensure that all other direct personal investments (excluding the Independent Proprietorships) are managed effectively and remain in sound financial condition. These will include: Asset Operations, Project Activities and Short Term Investments (and any other direct areas in, which investment is made). As a result, the individual to whom this position will be now be offered is Susan Hand, which she will carry out in addition to her other strategic responsibility.

Sectional Manager Level Positions:

1) REGIONAL MANAGER MOBILE BAKERY OPERATIONS whose demanding role in this full time position will be to ensure that the Mobile Bakery operations (identified as business section a) above) become a sound investment vehicle. The Mobile Bakery operation will be similar to the "flagship" (or primary) asset in business section b) in that they both will require similar investment upfront. However, unlike the primary asset investment, this operation will have much more potential to become uncontrollable or spiral out of control, unless given very careful attention by a skilled professional with its coast-to-coast and beyond activities, especially in the start-up phase and this fiscally astute individual will have to be cognizant of the various activities on-going, even internationally which will require periodic visits to ensure its effective functioning. As a result, the individual to whom this overall responsibility will now be entrusted will be the very capable and responsible banker with a unique sense of the type of financial management needed here, Denise Maddox, in whose "hands" this potentially uncontrollable business venture will be brought under effective control. This Regional Manager will be supported by the VP MANAGER-IN-TRAINING FOR MOBILE BAKERY OPERATIONS and this position will be offered to the very dependable young lady with much potential, the 1st daughter of Franchise Holder in this VP position. However, since this grouping a) is explicitly discussed in the post CLCHS BAKERY NEW SLIM-DOWN OPERATION - UPDATED, it will not be further discussed here. The other sectional managerial level, full time position will be, 2)
GENERAL OPERATIONS INVESTMENTS MANAGER with responsibility for i) the Main Office that will be managing the primary investment asset as well as ii) Smaller Asset Managers, and iii) Short Term Asset Investments to whom the General Manager - Asset Operations (GM - AO) and the Short Term Investments Manager will both report. As a result, the individual considered for and to whom this position will now be offered is the very professional and skilled manager in my very long time dear friend Pat Huque. The final full time sectional manager level position will be, 3l) the REGIONAL PROJECTS AND PROPRIETORSHIPS MANAGER with overall responsibility for the activities of the Technical Project Consultant and the Skilled Project Consultants as well as ensuring the sound management of the Proprietor's direct interests in the Independent Professional Proprietorships (that also include the Hobby Crafts Shop & Furniture Store) in addition to the 2 Independent Property Consultants Proprietorships (described  below). As a result, the individual considered for and to whom this position will now be offered is former 1st Lady of diplomacy and a very capable manager in Laura Bush who will I'm confident, carry out these responsibilities as the dedicated professional she is.  
 
b) Operations Investments Grouping:
In this group will be: 1) the full time ASSISTANT OPERATIONS INVESTMENT MANAGER who works with the General Operations Investments Manager to ensure that the various business groupings are effectively managed. As a result, the individual to whom this position will now be offered is the eldest daughter of the former Ivana Trump's 1st; also in this group will be the 2) GENERAL MANAGER - ASSET OPERATIONS whose responsibilities in this full time position will include ensuring that the main assets held are effectively managed in all areas by providing the type of support each of these groups require to effect successfully managed operations. Based on this, the individual considered for and whom the position will now be offered is Terese VonBehren. This very capable manager will work with those in the sections identified as i) and ii) above, to provide just the appropriate amount of oversight to ensure that the primary and smaller asset investments becomes sound and successful "vehicles" going forward; in section i) will be the Main Office staff that will be responsible for the management of the Proprietor's primary investment asset, which will includes; 3) the OFFICE MANAGER who now will be the only surviving daughter of my late former contract engineer at CE, Jesse from VT and will be assisted by the full time; 4) ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER/OFFICE ASSISTANT who will now be Gabby5) a full time FINISHED PRODUCT CONSULTANT, whose responsibility will be to ensure that the products that prospective clients have been promised by the leasing staff are made available to them without any concerns that would require additional expenditure of resources. This Consultant will support the activities of Leased Space IT Consultant to ensure that all products are free if "bugs" prior to the time of delivery, and the individual to whom this position will be offered is the very responsible older (of the) offspring of Elizabeth Ann Tucker; 6) LEASED SPACE IT OFFICE SOLUTIONS  CONSULTANT who will now be the only offspring of my childhood dear friend Olivia Gibbons, who will be assisting with the delivery of IT office solutions products;  7) OPERATIONS ANALYST who will be Lorna Davis with responsibility for ensuring that all Federal, State & Local criteria required for conducting business are complied with in this full time position; 8) - 11) the full time LEASED SPACE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS MANAGER, a full time ASSISTANT LEASED SPACE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS MANAGER a full time LEASED SPACE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT and a full time LEASING CONSULTANT positions that will be offered to, the only daughter of my late friend Margaret, Misha Thompson, the 1st granddaughter of Margaret's only daughter and the granddaughter of my former colleague Jeanie Keiper respectfully.
In section ii) Smaller Asset Managers will involve those full time ASSET MANAGERS who will be responsible for managing the operations of a smaller asset in its entirety and these positions will be offered to two very capable individuals, (12 & 13) the former Kate Middleton and Pippa Middleton.

In section iii) Short Term Asset Investments will be 14) the SHORT-TERM INVESTMENTS MANAGER, which will now be offered to a reliable professional who has spent many years helping other make sound decisions as a teaching professional and this individual is none other than the former Bobbie Ellis, who will be essentially working with the Assistant Manager as well as teams of independent Property Consultants to determine and select the most suitable assets for acquisition
and recommending to the Proprietor individuals who will be assisted with
INDEPENDENT PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT PROPRIETORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES, which will involve seeking out potential properties for investment, which can in turn be developed and then resold, in effect focusing mainly on short 
term investment assets. While it's not a requirement, it will be an asset for one of the individuals to obtain a professional real estate license and the other an auctioneer's license, which the individuals will be assisted with attaining if desired. These teams of individuals who will be assisted with establishing independent Property Development Proprietorship opportunities, will in turn work with the Manager to investigate and select appropriate acquisition assets for recommending to the Proprietor. This will include; 15) the ASSISTANT SHORT-TERM INVESTMENTS MANAGER, whose full time responsibilities will include assessing and quantifying the specific requirements of each asset recommended by the Teams that will ensure at least a 10% to 15% gain on each asset acquired, after the appropriate duration for improvement and then disposal. The individual to whom this challenging position will
be offered is the very capable "spouse" of my former colleague Curt Bock. Furthermore, in order to assist with the objective, the services of a full time 16) PRIMARY  ASSESSMENT INSPECTOR as well as a full time 17) MECHANICAL ASSESSMENT INSPECTOR will be required, whose roles will be to conduct thorough inspections of each asset to be acquired and compile detailed structural and mechanical reports of the "as is" condition of each property, along with the able assistance of a full time 18) PROPERTY DETAILING CONSULTANT to assist with the documenting of the findings. It's these reports that will be used by the Short Term Management Team to quantify what it takes to realize the indicated gain on the investment desired and make their recommendations to the Proprietor. As a result, the individuals considered for and to whom these positions will be offered are my former very focused and professionally capable colleague, Chris Blood, the very capable Kandijah Ameen and the dependable eldest daughter of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st, older twin respectively. The final critical individual in this group is the, 19) DEVELOPMENT APPRAISER/OFFICE ASSISTANT, and this full time position will now be offered to the youngest and uniquely talented of the offspring of my late colleague Fernando and Delia, in Christine Tabak. The Property Appraiser's responsibilities will be to do a final assessment of the various short term assets before disposal, in order to provide the Proprietor with the most likely market value the assets will realize at the time of sale. Hopefully, these appraised values and the 10% to 15% targets established and developed in order to attain, will be obtained.

c) Skilled Project Consultants/Independent Professional Proprietorships Grouping:

In this Group for, which the REGIONAL PROJECTS AND PROPRIETORSHIPS MANAGER bears responsibility, now will include an  ASSISTANT PROJECTS AND PROPRIETORSHIPS MANAGER a full time TECHNICAL PROJECT CONSULTANT as well other individuals designated as SKILLED PROJECT CONSULTANTS, who will have an area in the main office but will not be under this office management and will be responsible for the various project activities to be determined and carried out in locations to be selected. The Technical Consultant will assist the skilled Consultants with the planning, developing and implementation of all their project activities whether large scale or a very compact "craft" size activity to ensure consistency, and will now include: 1) the daughter of the late Jessie Edwards, who assists the Regional Manager as well as 2) 1st granddaughter of my late friend Margaret, 3) my dear childhood friend, Olivia Gibbons, 4) Franchise Holder and 5) the older daughter of the Mother of Larios, respectively. The other aspect of business activity includes the Independent Professional Proprietorships described in the post NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED & AMENDED in great detail in the post and as a result are not further described here as well as the Fine Furniture/Hobby Crafts Shop/Store to be established and described in the post PERSONAL INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED in great detail and as a result, is not further described here. In addition, the two other proprietorships that will also be established, where those selected will be able to obtain their own offices from, which to carry out Independent Property Consultant Proprietorships that involves seeking out and selecting short term investment (property) assets for investment activities for ultimate restoration/renovation in order to realize an approximate 10% to 15% gain on the investment when disposed of via the same Proprietorships at auction. That's why it's recommended that the individuals pursue the obtaining of real estate and auctioneers licenses, (the cost of, which can be included in the initial investment to be made available). While this is a recommendation, it's not mandatory but would be much more advantageous for the Proprietors to secure these licenses, otherwise, resources that could be used towards other activities will have to be made available for utilizing such services elsewhere. These recommendations will then become the responsibility of the Short Term Asset Management team to put in place plans for achieving the indicated investment goals  before recommending them to the Proprietor. Those selected for these ventures include, my former "Stonegate" neighbor's niece, the very talented Holly in partnership with the 2nd of the offspring of my "Stonegate" neighbor Barbara who together will comprise one of the Proprietorships, "partnership" teams, in addition to the older daughter of the late Elizabeth Edwards together with the daughter of Susan Hand who will comprise the other Proprietorship, "partnership" team. The typical 60%/40% profit sharing arrangement between the "partners" and the Proprietor will be the norm with the partners splitting their profits equally for the two Proprietorship "partnerships" described here in detail.

Conclusion
:

With the more highlighted distinctions between the various operations, it has been concluded that greater efficiency in the operating structure will be attained, therefore, please join me in congratulating and welcoming all these professionals whom I'm confident will do well with these assigned responsibilities.
