With the decision to pursue a different direction going forward for all the "Holding Base" related activities, as documented in the post THE "HOLDING BASE" GOING FORWARD - UPDATED, ClChs Bakery as a mobile only activity will be reconstructed in a slim down version as reflected in the CLCHS BAKERY MOBILE OPERATING/PERSONAL INVESTMENTS MODEL - REV. 3.
The announcements however, that can be made at this time are regarding: 1) the position of PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER TO THE PROPRIETOR as documented in the post AMENDMENT TO THE PROPRIETOR'S PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER’S RESPONSIBILITIES and the individual to whom this crucial and very responsible role will now be offered is Janet L. Winduse who will become the manager of all my personal finances as described in the above post and this is a role that the individual who would have served as the General Accounts Manager in the expanded Cosvry Investments organization had it materialized, is a natural outcome; 2) THE PROPRIETOR'S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS OVERSEER who works with the Personal Finance Manager but with the added responsibility to ensure that the Proprietorship's affairs and the Proprietor's personal finances don't present any conflict with each other and make the Proprietor aware if the potential for such a possibility exists, and the individual to whom this position will be offered is the daughter of the Proprietor of Paulson's Repair; 3) & 4) PROPERTY MANAGER and ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER, who will be responsible for managing all the physical assets owed either by the Proprietor or the Proprietorship and will the individuals who should be contacted in the event that some aspect of any owned property is in need of addressing, and the individuals to whom these positions will be offered are the Proprietor of Paulson's Repair and the eldest sibling of the former Vicky VonBehren respectively, 5) OFFICE MANAGER who will be the Mother of Larios with her daughters serving as 6) & 7) OFFICE ASSISTANT and VP RECORDS CLERK respectively 8) & 9) IT OFFICE SOLUTIONS MANAGER and IT OFFICE SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT and these positions will be offered to Olivia Gibbons daughter and Barbara's 2nd sibling's oldest respectively, 10) & 11) LEASED SPACE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS MANAGER and ASSISTANT LEASED SPACE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS MANAGER these positions will be offered to the youngest of June Norville's daughters and Gabby respectfully. Therefore, please join me in congratulating and welcoming all these professionals whom I'm confident will do well with these assigned responsibilities.
