Conclusion:

As a result of this new arrangement a single CULINARY CONSULTANT and an ASSISTANT CULINARY CONSULTANT will be working with the Proprietorship/partnership and their suppliers to assist with menu development (with allowance being made for local area specific product specialties for the more upper "scale" districts) as well as to ensure consistency of "healthy" menu product supplies from all the suppliers to the mobile operations and these positions will be filled by chef in training & the eldest of the daughters of Jan Miller and the long time close friend and confidant of Elin Nordigren respectively. These professionals will be paid collectively by each of the ENTREPRENEURIAL operators who should factor this expense into their operations. for the international operations, my late friend Margaret's 2nd granddaughter will be offered this position as CULINARY CONSULTANT for both the Trinidad and Tobago operations with the same payment arrangement as mentioned for the US based operation for this very talented young lady, namely by both the Trinidad and Tobago Proprietorships. However for the international operations, it may be more feasible and ideal for the products to be prepared in a single location in Trinidad and the same in Tobago and the suppliers meet at the designated location to prepare their products (to be determined by the partners).
Furthermore, to ensure the prompt delivery of all the products from all the national (US) s
uppliers to the fleet of ten (10) vehicles excluding the international operations, a DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIP to be owned by Tricia Norville, the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st younger twin and Laurie Damman will be established with the required start-up resources (where a minimum  of 5 vehicles will be required to pick up the supplies from all the suppliers for drop off at a central unit supplying depot) in addition to up-front operating expenses, to offset and allow for cash flow to be generated consistently. (This distribution arrangement will not be needed for the international operations).
The DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIP will be paid by the Mobile Proprietorships in the various regions, which will factor the cost of this service into their pricing structure. The usual profit split with the Distribution Proprietorship of 60%/40% will be modified and the Proprietor will receive 29% instead and the Distribution Proprietorship 71% and the partners should split the profits equally.
Furthermore, all the suppliers in each of the market areas will be assisted with CLCH’S BAKERY MOBILE SUPPLIER ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES to start up their operations respectively and afterwards the main (Partnership)/Proprietorship will then purchase the supplies needed to maintain operations from these designated suppliers on an on-going basis that all the entrepreneurs will be supplied with in the effort to work towards a successful outcome for the awareness of the PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER and FINANCIAL AFFAIRS OVERSEERTherefore, please join me in wishing all those identified the best as they are urged to develop a well coordinated strategy involving all who will work together to assist their respective Partnerships/Proprietorships to achieve the type of success this operation deserves by providing the type of high quality “healthy” outstanding products and services demanded by a very selective customer base.

Respectfully,
James F. Brazant
