NEW INDEPENDENT CONTRACTUAL OPPORTUNITIES - UPDATED & AMENDED 11/3, 11/5, 11/7 (AGAIN +), 11/8, 11/9 (AGAIN) 11/12, 11/14, 11/15 (AGAIN +),11/16 (AGAIN +), 11/18, 12/21, 11/22, 11/25 (AGAIN), 11/26, 11/28, 12/8 & 12/16/2015

Introduction:
With the decision to pursue a different direction going forward for all the "Holding Base" related as well as my personal investment activities, as documented in the posts AMENDED PERSONAL INVESTMENTS SUPPLEMENT - UPDATED as well as THE "HOLDING BASE" GOING FORWARD - UPDATED and THE COSVRY PROPRIETORSHIP GOING FORWARD - UPDATED it has become increasingly readily apparent that all these various sections  both personal and "Holding Base" related would benefit from obtaining specific services from a single source, therefore this approach has been determined as providing the best option for critical professional input in a more manageable manner. This post will focus a number of such tasks that are very important to the long term success of the various interests. Please follow below for the details.

New Independent Proprietorship Opportunities:
These services are in the areas of i) marketing and public relations generally, ii) marketing instruction in addition to general public relations, iii) short term human resources (HR) iv) IT data security and v building construction contractor  services that are required in part across all the business sections either directly or indirectly as previously indicated, where consistency is of the utmost importance while maintaining business grouping independence that would not be otherwise possible if these services were obtained by business group a) the Proprietor's Personal Investments or b) the Conservery "Holding Base", which appropriately includes all those Sites and/or Pages indicated as Conservery that some reference to the "Holding Base" has been appropriately added to indicate that the "Holding Base" is the "Final Authority" in all matters for the various Sites and c) the Cosvry (subsidiary) Proprietorship individually. With this in mind,
the 1st INDEPENDENT MARKETING PROPRIETORSHIP will be established for the type of services described in i) from, which all the identified sections will obtain such services, will be offered to Trisha Huque, the 1st of the offspring of my long-time dear friend, acquaintance and "painstakingly" particular lady even from her youth, Pat Huque. Trisha, an accountant by training with an eye for detail will ensure that ALL the content developed and assignments carried out are done so with much careful direction at the helm. In turn each of the business sections will be provided with Online/Media Marketing and public relations services that will in effect result in the new Proprietorship managing selected avenues through, which online marketing can be affected while also providing public relations for the various business sections products and services affected as appropriate that are specifically listed in the Online Blog Manager Opportunity section of the post ONLINE BLOGS SITE MANAGER - UPDATED. To assist the Proprietorship with this responsibility an OFFICE ASSISTANT/SociAllMedia Issues BLOG MANAGER  & NON ONLINE MARKETING CONSULTANT will provide management of the office and focus on the SociAllMedia Issues Blog's maintenance in order to achieve the objectives indicated in the # 2 bulleted listing below and assist this Proprietorship with its non online marketing focus. As a result, this position will be offered to Kathryn Huque.   
The 2nd INDEPENDENT MARKETING PROPRIETORSHIP will generally be established as indicated above for the type of services described in ii) with the lady known for lending a voice to the cause of the oppressed, Anne Hathaway, to provide general marketing techniques to the Evaluations Consultants to enable them to carry out their mission more effectively for business sections b) and c) in addition to generally sharing the online marketing and general public relations responsibilities for selected avenues as depicted in the CONCEPTUAL RESPONSIBILITY PROPRIETORSHIPS SERVICES CHART. The Independent Proprietorship will provide both group as well as more personalized marketing sessions where its deemed beneficial to do so, since the target groups consists of a total of ten (10) individuals. However, the possibility exists for marketing instruction techniques to be presented to others in business group a) in order to place greater emphasis on the marketing/public relations efforts needed in this section and in this regard achieve the desired objectives more efficiently. In addition, to assist this Proprietorship with these responsibilities indicated in the 1st and 4th bulleted listing of objectives below, the positions of 1) OFFICE ASSISTANT/COSVRY BLOGS MANAGER and 2) VIDEO CONTENT MANAGER will be established to not only assist with the management of this office but also to achieve the goals indicated. Towards this end, position 1) will now be offered to the 2nd daughter of the Lorna Davis, who will bring her keen insight to attain the desired goals and position 2) will be offered to the 3rd daughter of Lorna Davis. Anne will indeed work with this young lady and assist her with achieving of the intended goals carefully and professionally such that she will be able to focus on more broad viewpoint business activities facing the Proprietorship and if she determines eventually that the input of this Manager warrants being considered for JUNIOR "PARTNER" this will be her "call", as well as an appropriate profit sharing arrangement. As a result, the annual 60%/40% profit split will be modified to allow Anne some "lead way" in this regard as the Proprietorship will receive 70% and the Proprietor 30% instead. The details about the development of the new channels will be discussed with this Proprietorship at the appropriate time. 
The 3rd INDEPENDENT HUMAN RESOURCES (TEMP AGENCY) PROPRIETORSHIP will be established for the type of services described in iii) with a very determined and focused individual who has developed the ability to remain committed to a cause and see it through to completion, who is known familiarly as Discourse. These services will be needed in the business area where part time staff will be away focusing on evaluations activities as indicated will be the case for a). In this regard, Discourse's Proprietorship will be able to assist some of those who could not be included as full time staff when the new slim-down business structure was adopted. The temporary staff will routinely fill in for the staff who will be away focusing on evaluations activities. In addition, to assist this Proprietorship with these responsibilities the position of OFFICE ASSISTANT will be established to not only assist with the management of this office but also to achieve the goals indicated in 7th bulleted listing of objectives below more efficiently. Towards this end, this position will now be offered to older sibling of Discourse, who will provide the assistance needed in order to attain the desired goals.
The 4th INDEPENDENT IT DATA SECURITY PROPRIETORSHIP will be established with the objective of working to ensure electronic data security across all indicated business interests identified as a), b) and c) regardless of the methods used by those who "pride" themselves of  being able to "achieve" whatever is their desired objective by dedicating "resources" to such as a means of achieving much by dong very, very little that's meaningful and then seek to maintain such a posture as an indication of demonstrating "legitimacy" to those of a similar mindset in order to be able to provide willing individuals with ADVANCE information (as referenced among the three (3) questions indicted in The Outcome section of the post  THE TIME FOR PAYMENT IS NOW, MR. BUFFETT - EDITED AND UPDATED W/INSTRUCTIONS AND AMENDED as requiring addressing), about the activities of those whom such methods are targeting in their vain hope that some "development" will occur to "reward" those who use such as their main "business plan". As a result and to aid her in this objective, this opportunity will now be offered to a very deliberate and consistent young lady in Barbara Bush (Laura's youngest daughter). This consistency and dedication, will enable Barbara to demonstrate the type skills required to achieve the success required in this venture. Furthermore, to assist with the general IT needs required for this area, the services of a VP IT Data Professional will be retained, in the oldest granddaughter of my former "Stonegate" neighbor Barbara (from her 2nd daughter) as an IT SECURITY DATA CONSULTANT. With this objective in focus, Barbara's granddaughter can be awarded a TRAINEE JUNIOR "PARTNER" status when appropriate, with the type of arrangement that will enable her to realize her true potential while working to develop her management skills where an agreed upon starting platform can be negotiated and increased until a maximum split of 45%/30% is achieved, to which the Proprietor will contribute the additional 15% and will receive 25% of the annual profits once this set level has been reached. In addition, a PRODUCT TECHNICAL CONSULTANT- STRATEGIC MARKETS position will also be working with this Proprietorship but reporting to the Strategic Advisor - Select International Markets to provide the Strategic Advisor with the type of first-hand knowledge required to be able to market these products to very select international areas. In this role, the Technical Consultant, will assist the IT Consultant by being a type of "proof" tester, ensuring that the products developed are capable of performing as intended before release for installation and end user use. As a result, the individual considered for and to whom this role will be offered is the eldest of the offspring of the former Tipper Gore. Furthermore, once the gradual "full" profit sharing level has been reached, the Proprietor will consider contributing a future amount to be determined to place this Proprietorship on a path to achieve even greater successes. As a result, a CLEAR path towards achieving the type of operating mode that's free of the potential to be compromises by those who make such their main business, which is basically stealing from others and then adopting postures to allow such types to attempt to "escape" being made to take responsibility for their actions and think of such as nothing more than a game to demonstrate how "Pharaoh-like" such types are. These "noble entitled" types have chosen to conclude that the fact that Pharaoh was stopped by God as recorded in the Biblical book of Exodus, and chapter 12; was a myth.
The 5th INDEPENDENT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR PROPRIETORSHIP will be established to ensure that the properties acquired will be renovated in a sound manner to realize the desired return on investment indicated in section d) independent Property Consultants in the post AMENDED PERSONAL INVESTMENTS SUPPLEMENT - UPDATED. Towards this end, a skilled professional manager who is known to be a careful planner, with an eye for detail while ensuring that critical important essentials aren't overlooked. With this in mind, this Proprietorship will be offered to my former colleague Curt Bock, who definitely meets all the above criteria. In this very skilled professional, I'm confident that the desired objectives will be ensured because of his skill in achieving the goals needed to become successful. To assist Curt with the management of this venture a few very skilled individuals will be needed, first a capable "no nonsense" CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR will be secured to ensure that all activities are completed according to the exacting requirements AND very importantly to schedule. This individual is none other than the very professional Jessie Mart, who I'm confident will assist Curt with the best "foot" forward and in this regard Jessie will be awarded JUNIOR "PARTNER" status. Towards this end, the usual 60%/40% arrangement will be modified in order for the partners to realize a 35% and 25% split and the Proprietor receiving 20% of the annual profits. Furthermore, the oldest daughter of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st younger twin will be secured as an ASSISTANT TRAINER/PLANNER to assist both Curt and Jessie with their responsibilities and is being considered as a TRAINEE PARTNER, whose share of the profits once they are initiated (after an agreed upon negotiated duration), can be adjusted gradually until a maximum of 20% is realized based on her increasing level of responsibilities according to the determination of the other Partners. With this team in place, I'm fully confident that they will be able to secure either existing skilled trades workers or individuals who can be trained to carry out the required work, which would probably be the better alternative as long as either Jessie or some another skilled individual would be willing to carry out for the long-term success of the business.  As long as the word is spread about the workers that will be required, as was being done when the previous, Cosvry Development business structure was being contemplated, willing workers can be secured.         
All five of these Proprietorships will be equipped with the necessary resources to enable them to carry out their activities in providing needed services with the staff indicated from professional offices appropriately and as a result, skilled professionals working to compliment each others areas of responsibility through collaboration, will be dedicated to management of the Proprietor's and Proprietorships business interests, towards achieving the following:
  1. singularly focused, structured online marketing platforms for each of the business sections a), b) and c) with one exception (in 2 below),
  2. transforming the SociAllMedia Issues Blog(Siteinto an avenue that is uniquely focused on shared interactive participatory marketing platform type events ONLY for a), b) and c) instead of having a single business section focus. 
  3. transforming online Sites/Page(s) from current focus (for those listed as James F. Brazant's Pages) to place greater emphasize on the Proprietor's personal investments, for a), b) and c). The Managers should give consideration to reconstructing these Sites (from "ground" up) around their Proprietorships if this approach will enable this objective to be better facilitated, 
  4. maximize and enhance the use of unique video content for each of the various business sections indicated as a), b) and c) in order to appropriately promote the applicable products and services via 1) the established Conservery You Tube channel, 2) the Proprietor's Other Personal Investments (including ClChs Bakery)  via a new You Tube channel - [to be developed (TBD)], and 3) Cosvry Investments, via  a new You Tube channel - TBD,    
  5. general public relations undertakings/projects in order to have either a) or b) and c) generally represented or synonymous with being investment vehicles,
  6. instructing the part time consultants in appropriate marketing techniques in a coordinated manner for b) and c), with potential opportunities to provide similar services for a), 
  7. non online marketing/media presentations for either a) or b) and c) as appropriate for the purpose of achieving similar objectives as depicted in 1 through 3 & 5 above,
  8. general temporary staff augmentation services on an on-going basis primarily for business section a) in order to enable the other applicable section(s) to carry out their designated activities on a part time basis in a coordinated and efficient manner to in turn handle whatever demands may occur for assistance effectively,
  9. general IT Data services to preclude the potential for data breaches across business sections a), b) and c)  by those who rely on such methods for achieving much without doing very much that's meaningful as documented in the post ELECTRONIC NETWORKING RECORDS FRAUD ON A SIGNIFICANT SCALE - UPDATED as well as
  10. general construction contractor services directly for business section a) and indirectly for business sections b) and c) (where mainly maintenance services only will be required) to ensure that all the renovations carried out will meet exacting quality while being ensured that they all completed work will be regarded for its quality of construction standards and unique attention to details that will enable the desired investment return to to realized.  
As a result of this coordinated approach, the Proprietor will be able to focus on "big picture" issues for the long-term "health" of the various business sections identified previously. Furthermore, to achieve these objectives, these primary Professionals with whom the Proprietorships have been established can be called upon to assist the Proprietor with the carrying out of Evaluations and receive similar fees as the Consultants as documented in the Discussion of Finders Commission section of the post REORGANIZATIONAL ASSIGNMENT/EXPANSION UPDATE AND EVALUATION CONSULTANTS ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED in cases where no Consultant has an active interest. In this regard, these individuals can eventually fill in and become alternates to the Special Assistant for assisting with the conducting the evaluations as appropriate and where warranted.

Conclusion
:
With these services now being provided by Independent Proprietorships with a more dedicated focus, I'm confident that the goals required of these Proprietorships will be more readily achievable and the typical annual profit sharing arrangement will be modified in order for these proprietorships to become more financially capable of becoming successful ventures with the adoption of a 75%/25% arrangement for the Proprietorships and the Proprietor respectfully, where no specific arrangement has been defined. Therefore, please join me in congratulating and welcoming these deserving professionals who in my opinion will definitely rise to the occasion and do well with these new undertakings.
