PERSONAL INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCEMENT - UPDATED 8/25 (AGAIN), 9/2 & 11/2/2015

Introduction:
This post introduces another of the personal investments of the Proprietor, which will also be featured on the ClChs Bakery/Personal Investments Blog (the new title of THIS Blog as depicted in the stand alone Page CLCHS BAKERY MOBILE OPERATING/PERSONAL INVESTMENTS MODEL). This investment opportunity will be offered to individual with the a keen sense of becoming skilled in all she sets her "sights" on to accomplish, which will be realized and applied by becoming as knowledgeable about  this venture to
make this Proprietorship uniquely successful. Please follow below for details.

Fine Crafts/Hobby Shop & Store Business Venture:

In this investment opportunity, wood furnishings will be first developed as crafts and refined through practice with assistance until the end products produced will be One of a Kind Pieces of Wooden Furniture and then made available for purchase in the accompanying store on a small scale initially until success is realized and expansion can be undertaken. This Proprietorship will be in the Greensboro, NC area to take advantage of the wood processing industry that takes place in the Carolinas. The individual to whom this Proprietorship will be offered is now Jan Miller, whom I'm confident will with able to turn this venture from idea to a practical "brick and mortar" establishment for this activity.

Operational Details of the Venture:
Jan can in turn partner with Michelle Obama in addition to her Long-Time Friend considered 1 partner in order to achieve the type of success that can only be realized from building a business from the ground up and then see it blossoming into a meaningful enterprise when the desire to carry out a worthwhile business is the objective without relying on questionable activities to achieve the desired outcome by taking shortcuts. These partners will become skilled at their craft, in, which Laura will apply her keen sense of thoroughly becoming "all knowing" about the tasks she undertakes to enable her to introduce different lines of furniture and in this way realize the type of successes that can only achieved through overcoming obstacles in spite of the desire by some to undermine the efforts of anyone whose desire it is to achieve a meaningful enterprise without introducing any shortcuts to obtain success in the venture.
Growth or success will be realized from becoming known as an avenue where quality workmanship can still be obtained in spite of the tendency to compromise and rely on lesser quality products. However, once a reputation for fine quality is gained this will become the foundation on, which a sound business can be established through growth that’s based on the strength of sound workmanship activity in an era when such are becoming things of the past as shortcuts and such are the methods promoted in the name of quick profits at any cost.

Discussion of the Business Details:
To better known as a quality establishment, starts with representing the venture correctly to customers through the products being sold. Once the reputation is established that’s synonymous with outstanding quality that’s clearly recognized and is then realized over time. These will be the hallmarks of a business that’s based on a sound footing instead of the opposite. Under these conditions let the quality of the products be their selling point as pricing will not be complicated as it’s a small establishment without significant “overhead”. As the business become more successful, resist the tendency to significantly expand, rather choose to remain a manageable enterprise with an emphasis on quality workmanship and becoming even more clearly distinctive. These “hallmarks” will be lost or will have to be sacrificed if expansion is chosen because with growth it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain high quality distinctive workmanship.

Conclusion:
This post focused on introducing a new Proprietorship with an emphasis on continuous improvement (as should typically be the case), instead of expansion. With an emphasis on products that are designed to remain useful over time and in this manner achieve distinction, a strategic decision has to be made initially to emphasize the issues of critical importance in order to work towards the type of success that’s truly meaningful. The path described in this post is one of the few avenues through, which the desired objectives (lasting distinctive products) could be attained.
The Proprietorship will be provided with resources to permit operation for a reasonable time until cash flow is generated by the business. In this case the PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER and PERSONAL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT as well as the PROPRIETOR’S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS OVERSEER will work with and/or make recommendations as appropriate about its status. When the proprietorship becomes functioning, the usual profit sharing arrangement will be applied, namely 60%/40% for the Proprietorship and the Proprietor, respectfully. Furthermore, it’s expected that Jan will negotiate a reasonable profit sharing arrangement with the two considered 1 partner. With this Proprietorship, its expected that a very successful venture will be realized based on the efforts of all the staff working together as a finely tuned investment “vehicle” aimed at delivering/producing outstanding investment products.

Sincerely,
James F. Brazant

Introduction:
The major update of the previous post
SHAKE-UP EFFECTING ALL OF CLCHS BAKERY includes so many reorganization and expansion changes as documented in the Operational Chart CLCHS BAKERY MOBILE UNITS OPERATIONAL MODEL - REVISION 2, that a new post was warranted in addition, due to the announcements in the post ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 1ST ROUND OF CANDIDATES FOR THE APPLICABLE POSITIONS - UPDATED some modifications in the various Proprietorships as currently outlined will be required as appropriate. Please follow below for details.

ClChs Bakery’s Midwest Operation Details:
The 1st of CLCH’S BAKERY MOBILE ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES will now be offered to the former Vicky VonBehren with youngest daughter, who will in turn partner now with Christine Tabak, Michal Swanston and her Daughter and two (2) mobile units will now be employed in Linn and Johnson Counties and will obtain the needed supplies through a new DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIP that will ensure the delivery of all supplies to the central location center in each region after collecting them from each of the Suppliers. This Proprietorship will be offered to the very dependable, Elin Nordigren who will now manage the processes in the various regions
as indicated on the CLCHS BAKERY MOBILE UNITS OPERATIONAL MODEL - REVISION 2. She will need and will be supplied with resources to obtain pick up and delivery vehicles (vans) in each of the regions and will in turn be responsible for hiring drivers for all these vehicles. The Proprietorship's supplies will be actually obtained from Jan Miller’s 1st Daughter, who will be assisted by her sister/Jan’s 3rd Daughter as the
1st) supplier from whom the Proprietorship (partnership) will obtain their supplies MAINLY, with the 2nd) being Christine Tabak and her daughter to ensure that the demand does not exceed the main supplier’s ability to meet. It is felt that this aspiring chef in training(Jan’s 1st daughter) will make a significant difference to this operation and will ensure that consistent quality is maintained even in cases when the assistance of Christine is needed to keep up with the anticipated product demand. Employment opportunities will be available here for the partnership to hire the operators of the mobile units in pairs for each vehicle, with the other siblings of the “Spouse” of Curt Bock and Laurie’s Sister being available for such duties. The profits of the Suppliers will be realized by selling their supplies to the Proprietorship (partnership) at such a price to realize a profit from their products when a reasonable mark-up is applied (for example approximately 25% to 30% over costs that in this case will include labor as well as the hiring of assistants) and this same example can be used as a model by all the other Mobile Proprietorships Suppliers). In this example, since the 1st supplier is also acting as a CULINARY CONSULTANT for the Proprietorship (partnership) to ensure consistency of supplies in instances when such is needed, she will also have to be reimbursed for providing such services. Therefore, please join me in wishing these individuals well as they embark on this opportunity all the best in, which I’m confident they will bring success to and to contribute towards this the Proprietor will add an additional 10% and each partner will receive 17.5% of the profits annually and the Proprietor 30% instead.

ClChs Bakery’s West Coast Operation Details:
The 2nd of the CLCH’S BAKERY MOBILE ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES will be offered to that young lady known by her “show” business name as ”Rihanna”, who will partner with the former Chris Kardashian and the two (2) other members of the Kardashian family, Kim and Chloe and together will be provided with a fleet of five (5) units.
These Proprietors will obtain assistance from the CULINARY CONSULTANT in the 3rd of the Daughters of D. L. Thomsen who will in turn be assisted by a CULINARY ASSISTANT in the long-time friend of the former 1st lady in addition to her supplier partnership activity, who together will ensure the quality of the “healthy” menu selections by effective planning and will use their vast culinary analytical skills to work out the challenges involved to realize that consistent quality products are supplied to customers even though four (4) suppliers will be involved and each of them will receive the needed assistance.
The Proprietorship
will obtain the needed supplies through a new DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIP that will ensure the delivery of all supplies to the central location center in each region after collecting them from each of the Suppliers. This Proprietorship will be offered to the very dependable, Elin Nordigren who will now manage the processes in the various regions. She will need and will be supplied with resources to obtain pick up and delivery vehicles (vans) in each of the regions and will in turn be responsible for hiring drivers for all these vehicles. The suppliers will now actually be: 1) one well known former State first lady of a political type, who could be considered “over” qualified but who possesses the amazing ability to reinvent herself for whatever role she chooses to pursue in partnership with her long time friend, 2) Pippa Middleton 3) Kim and Chloe Kardashian themselves will also be providing some of their own supplies working in conjunction with the Culinary Consultant and 4) the former Chris Kardashian will have her own product supplying Proprietorship.
The four (4) supplying entities will In effect be providing the products to the fleet, significantly expanding their supplying capabilities but offering the potential for great successes once the operational details are fine tuned to ensure that their service territory, namely all the greater Los Angeles area is effectively and efficiently serviced. All these individuals involved are known for their astute business skills and will be tested with the challenges early on but in my opinion will rise to the occasion and meet the expected demand for their “winning” healthy menu selections in their highly competitive market area with a resounding market entry and appropriate follow-on product delivery. These Proprietors will share the annual 60% operators amount equally with 15% going to each of the partners in the Proprietorship to, which the Proprietor will contribute another 8% and each will receive 17% and the Proprietor 32% instead.

ClChs Bakery’s East Coast Operation Details:

This Proprietorship will obtain the needed supplies through a new DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIP that will ensure the delivery of all supplies to the central location center in each region after collecting them from each of the Suppliers.
The suppliers will actually be: 1) Holly herself 2) Barbara's older daughter, 3) the younger of Barbara's two (2) Daughters, 4) Amy Williams and her Daughters and 5) the former Maureen McDonald and her daughters will become the five (5) suppliers for the Proprietorship (partnership). Furthermore, to ensure that the quality of supplies is consistent that includes the very high-end Fairfield County district, the services of a CULINARY CONSULTANT will be utilized and the older cousin of Lily Covington can be called upon in this manner, who will be assisted by the younger of Lily Covington’s cousins as the CULINARY ASSISTANT. With this Team in place, I’m confident that this district can be successfully managed to realize the intended goals and objectives. These partners in the Proprietorship will each split the 60% operators profit allotment equally between them to receive 15% to, which the Proprietor will contribute an additional 8.8% for approximately 15 years and each will receive 17,2% and the Proprietor 31.2% instead of the usual 40% until after the 15 year-period has expired. For the awareness of the PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER and PERSONAL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT when facilitating their annual meetings with these Proprietors, Barbara's two daughters are considered one partner splitting that partner’s share of 17.2%.

ClChs Bakery’s Southeast Operation Details:
Three (3) mobile units can also now be employed in this highly competitive market and for this expansion for the 4th of the CLCH’S BAKERY MOBILE ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES, it will be offered to Jan Miller in partnership with the Condoleezza Rice, Jeanie Keiper and Celia Holder. Their effective area will include Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties and for such a very highly sought after market, the services of a CULINARY CONSULTANT will be definite plus, to ensure the highest quality and standards are maintained consistently and for this, the services of my late friend Margaret’s only Daughter can be utilized. She will do her best to focus her skills towards this task at hand and assist 1) with a menu selection that is outstanding even when taking competition into consideration and 2) as expected she will with the assistance of a CULINARY CONSULTANT, be able to rise to the occasion and meet the expected demand. For the services of this professional her 2nd Daughter can be employed in this area.

This Proprietorship will obtain the needed supplies through a new DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIP that will ensure the delivery of all supplies to the central location center in each region after collecting them from each of the Suppliers. The suppliers in this market, will actually be: 1) Carla Charliere2) Susan Rice3) Pat's 2nd sibling in partnership with her mother as appropriate and 4) Jeanie herself. With this Team in place, success can be realized in this very prized marketplace. The typical annual profit sharing allotment will be applied for each of the partners in the Proprietorship, will be equal 15% amounts to, which the Proprietor will contribute and additional 8.4% for each to receive 17,1% and the Proprietor will receive 31.6%.

ClChs Bakery’s Hawaii Operation Details:
Three (3) mobile units will also be utilized in this unique market and this expansion for the
5th of the CLCH’S BAKERY MOBILE ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES, it will be now offered to younger of the twins of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st in partnership with Sheri Weavermy former "Stonegate" condo neighbor, Barbara and the adopted daughter of my late lecturer - Denise. (My sister June will be unable to carry out these activities due to existing commitments she is unable to separate herself from). These units will be based in the very highly competitive greater Honolulu market and the services of a CULINARY CONSULTANT can be employed here to ensure consistent high quality standards and for this position, Elin Nordigren's long time very good friend and confidant can be obtained.
This Proprietorship will obtain the needed supplies through a new DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIP that will ensure the delivery of all supplies to the central location center in each region after collecting them from each of the Suppliers. This Proprietorship will be offered to the very dependable younger twin of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st in partnership with my cousin Abby John as applies to Hawaii only who will in turn ensure that pick-up is managed effectively and for assistance in this regard, the very reliable Linda Lingle may be able to recommend suitable individuals for the positions needed in Hawaii. She will need and will be supplied with resources to obtain pick up and delivery vehicle(s) [van(s)] in each of this area, (which for former Vicky VonBehren's 1st and Abby applies to Hawaii only) and will in turn be responsible for hiring drivers for all these vehicles. In addition, the suppliers will actually be 1) D. L. Thomsen and her Daughter, 2) Barbara herself, 3) Janet Windus's Sister in partnership with Janet's Daughter and 4) Sheri Weaver. With this Team working together, success can be achieved, as is possible expansion as long as consistent high quality can be controlled and maintained with growth. The typical 60/40% annual profit split will be shared equally with each partner receiving 15%, to, which the Proprietor will contribute an additional 12% and each will receive 18% and the Proprietor 28% instead of the typical 40%.

Conclusion:
As a result of this change in what was previously proposed in addition to other subtle alterations, this updated announcement is intended to provide all involved with the background details needed to be prepare for managing their professional venture successfully, which will involve in the eventual FIVE (5) PROPRIETORSHIP (PARTNERSHIPS) being provided with the fleet of eighteen (18) vehicles in addition to start-up resources to offset up-front operating expenses, to allow for cash flow to be generated consistently. Furthermore, all the suppliers in each of the market areas will be assisted with CLCH’S BAKERY MOBILE SUPPLIER ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES to start up their operations respectively and afterwards the main (Partnership)/Proprietorship will then purchase the supplies needed to maintain operations from these designated suppliers on an on-going basis.

To further assist the Independent Proprietorships in the various markets with their menu selections, to ensure some degree of “healthy” selections consistency, the services of a PART-TIME CULINARY MENU DEVELOPER will be obtained by the Proprietor to visit and work with each of the 5 Proprietorships through the CULINARY CONSULTANTS primarily to ensure some level of consistency in the various areas, and for this position, the older of the 2 daughters of the late Lyn Swanston will be obtained.

In addition, to ensure unimpeded product delivery since there will essentially be nineteen (19) suppliers (or one+ per mobile unit), actually working with the DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIPS (as indicated on the CLCHS BAKERY MOBILE UNITS OPERATIONAL MODEL - REVISION 2) that will ensure the delivery all supplies to the central location center in each region after collecting them from each of the Suppliers. These Proprietorship will be owed by Elin Nordigren and the younger twin of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st in partnership with my cousin Abby John as appropriate, which will ensure pick up and delivery in each of the regions to oversee the suppliers with their products/deliveries in order that that the mobile units can maintain the designated routes on time without delays to meet customers expectations and bring about harmony and work out any potential roadblocks to the end product deliveries between the various suppliers and the mobile units and in this way product deliveries will be consistently maintained. The DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIPS will work with the suppliers to determine if there are any potential difficulties and resolve them to ensure that the high quality “healthy” end products will be available and ready for pick up and delivery to the central location in each region (to be determined by the main Proprietor) from, which the various mobile units will then be stocked with supplies for their daily routes on the designated days for such (probably 5 days weekly, recommended). The DISTRIBUTION PROPRIETORSHIPS will be paid by the Mobile Proprietorships in the various regions, which will factor the cost of this service into their pricing structure. The usual profit split with these Distribution Proprietorships of 60%/40% will be modified and the Proprietor will receive 35% instead and the Distribution Proprietorships 65%. In the case of Hawaii Proprietorship's annual profits split, a 40% vs 25% shared arrangement between the younger twin of the former Vicky VonBehren's 1st in partnership with my cousin Abby John is recommended, however the final amount can be negotiated appropriately, for the awareness of the PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER and PERSONAL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT.
Furthermore, the various additional profit sharing arrangements instituted to assist the Proprietorships in their effort to achieve successes in their various areas, is for the awareness of and should be noted by the PERSONAL FINANCE MANAGER and PERSONAL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT when facilitating their annual meetings with these Proprietors and monitoring of their progress by the PROPRIETOR’S FINANCIAL AFFAIRS OVERSEER as documented on the Pages of this Blog ONLY. To further assist in this effort, the Proprietorship will purchase “healthy” menu supplies from one of the Proprietorships (Partnerships) through the PART TIME EVENT COORDINATOR in her role as meeting facilitator for the Proprietor’s staff meetings with his direct reports as well as the training sessions for the Evaluations Marketing Consultants, which will be held typically at a South East location(s) and will all be facilitated by the Coordinator to ensure that the needed supplies, etc. are adequately taken care of. In this role, the Event Coordinator may be on occasion be asked to provide training support assistance to the Trainers and to eventually act as an alternate in activities they may be required to undertake if and when the need arises. Therefore, please join me in wishing all those identified the best as they are urged to develop a well coordinated strategy involving all who will work together to assist their respective Partnerships/Proprietorships to achieve the type of success this operation deserves by providing the type of high quality “healthy” outstanding products and services demanded by a very selective customer base.

Respectfully,
